The Constitution of Newtown Musical Theatre Company

The rules by which the Company abides can be found in the Constitution.

The General Management Committee make ammendments to the Constitution where necessary, but any changes must be approved at the Annual General Meeting held in October of each year, or at an Extraordinary General Meeting.
